Payments Fixed and CWA Merchant Services use the information you provide to respond to your request, evaluate payment or financing services, route you to an appropriate specialist, and maintain our business relationship.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, processing volume, current provider, business category, application details, communications, and records created by our specialists.
How information is used and disclosed
We use information to contact you, assess and provide requested services, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and improve operations. We may disclose it to service providers, underwriting and financing partners, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money.
Retention and security
Our standard lead-retention period is 24 months after the last meaningful activity, unless a longer period is required for legal, fraud-prevention, contractual, or compliance reasons. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers.
California privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, California residents may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information and may ask about applicable sharing or opt-out rights. We will verify requests before disclosing or changing records and will not discriminate for exercising privacy rights.
